Do you offer financial assistance?
 
We understand that participation in extracurricular extra activities such as lacrosse can be a financial challenge. We never want a child to be left out due to a financial hardship. If you need special assistance, please contact us via email (info@championlacrosse.com). We will confidentially do everything possible to make sure your son or daughter does not miss out on lacrosse.
What is the refund policy?
 
Up to 10 days before the start of the program, Champion Lacrosse will grant either a refund (less $20 service fee) or a full value credit for a future program.

From 10 days before the start through the half way point of any program, we will issue a pro-rated credit toward a future program.

No refunds or credits will be granted after a program is more than 50% complete.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No.  At this time, Michigan does not require sales tax for the types of programs we offer.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged as soon as you complete your registration.
