3rd thru 8th Grade Youth League Program
In the Youth Training Program each week we will teach, drill and review individual skills and team concepts. The second portion of each week will be a game. Coaches often participate on the field to help players master game concepts. We always focus on instruction, learning and fun.

Equipment Requirements
- The boys games include stick contact; full lacrosse equipment is required (incidental body checking).
- The girls games include stick contact; protective eye-wear and a mouthpiece are required (no body checking).
