| 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Grade Program The Champion Lacrosse class meets weekly for one hour. All participants receive a free lacrosse stick or practice pack or training shirt. No experience or equipment is required. Players are kept with their friends and divided by age and ability / experience for an hour of fun with lacrosse. Intermediate and advanced players will be grouped together to help every student advance while having a blast!
The Champion Lacrosse youth league meets weekly for one hour (back-to-back with the class). All participants receive a Champion Lacrosse jersey on the first day. No experience or equipment is required. Players are divided on teams and kept with their friends. We will continue to focus on instruction, learning and fun. Coaches participate on the field to help teach and guide the players.
The 3rd-4th grade boys and 5th-6th grade boys leagues include stick contact and full lacrosse equipment is required (there is no body checking). These leagues are offered in Birmingham and Ann Arbor.
The 3rd-6th grade girls league include stick contact and protective eyewear and a mouthpiece are required (there is no body checking). This league is run in Birmingham.
Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade Program - New for 2010 The Little Laxers program replaces the two hour class plus youth league option for our yougest players. Pre-K through 2nd Graders (co-ed) play weekly games are part of our new Little Laxers program. This is a 90-minute session each week which includes about 45 minutes of class and 45 minutes of game play. No equipment is required. This program is offered in Birmingham and Ann Arbor. Younger players (Pre-K and K) are typically separated from the 1st-2nd graders.
Everyone Staff: Champion lacrosse has the very best instructional staff anywhere! Many of our coaches, instructors and counselors are current and former Head Coaches, NCAA Players, and teachers. Very Important - no other program has a team of coaches and teachers like ours - there is no comparison.
Friends & Family members will be kept together. We group students by age and ability with their friends.
