The Champion Lacrosse Master's League is for men who are looking for some fun with a weekly 60 min. work-out. We play on Monday night in Birmingham. 

There is no body checking!   While it is not required, most participants in this program will be at least 30 years of age (or maybe twice as much).

We will also continue the Champion Lacrosse Men's Intro to Lacrosse Program that will teach you all the basic skills of the game.  The Program includes weekly skills training and game play.
